1 Beginning in the second contract year, 10% of the beginning-of-year accumulation value may be taken each year.

2 The nursing home waiver provides an option to withdraw up to 100% of the accumulation value without a surrender charge if the client meets the necessary requirements. Please see product-specific brochure for further details on the nursing home waiver. If 100% of the accumulation value is taken, it’s considered a full surrender. This feature is included at no additional charge, but it is not available in all states. If joint covered persons are named on the annuity, the waiver will apply to the first covered person who qualifies for the benefit.
